Shipping policy

General Information

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Stonersavior.com! Stoner Savior ships all of our orders via UPS and USPS. You will receive an email update with your tracking number once your order has shipped.

To ensure that your package is properly delivered and that you receive your package within the time frames we advertise, please make sure that your address is correctly entered and includes all relevant and/or required information. The use of correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information (if applicable) are critical to ensuring timely delivery. We do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect or incorrectly entered at the time of purchase.

We are able to ship to verifiable street addresses via UPS/USPS and are only able to ship to PO Boxes via USPS. Other carrier options are available and we reserve the right to change carriers at any time.

Discreet Packaging and Shipping

Everything we ship will be through plain envelopes, cardboard boxes and/or cardboard boxes with no exterior design.

Processing and Delivery Times

All orders are processed within 2 business days. Standard shipping typically takes between 2-8 business days, for destinations within the United States. However, we have found that orders usually deliver between 2-5 business days from shipment date. We are not able to guarantee arrival dates or times. While we try our best to prevent any delays, orders may be held up due to unforeseen circumstances.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Additionally, nationwide and global shipping delays (such as those caused by COVID-19, holiday volumes, or inclement weather) may impact your estimated delivery date.

Subscription Processing Time

Subscriptions ship in accordance to their order date. Once subscription orders have been placed and processed they will ship within 1-3 business days. It can take up to 5 business days from order date to receive tracking information.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to track your order via UPS or USPS. Once you receive your tracking number, please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking portal to update.

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse any shipments from Stoner Savior, you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, but we will cover the cost of returning the package to us.

Customs Fees and Import Taxes

Stoner Savior is not responsible for any customs or import fees you may incur during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, VAT, etc.).

Delivery Claims

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered, but you can’t find it: Within 24 hours of expected delivery, please do the following actions & measures stated below:

 

Verify the shipping address.

Look for a notice of attempted delivery.

Look around the delivery location for your package.

See if someone else accepted the delivery.

Some packages travel through multiple carriers; check your mailbox or wherever else you receive mail.

 

If you have completed all of these appropriate measures, please submit a claim with the carrier that delivered the package. Once the claim has been submitted, please email us at customersupport@stonersavior.com

RESERVED RIGHTS REGARDING SHIPPING

Stoner Savior reserves the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or cancel orders from customers at any time due to:

  • An irregular or excessive returns history
  • An irregular or excessive returns history involving used, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items; or,
  • Potential fraudulent or criminal activity.
